Lil' Wayne's third album is out today, Tha Carter III. I have not gotten it even though I have heard a few tracks. Typical Wayne, nothing exciting from what I heard. I will not judge until I hear the complete album. Not expecting anything to solidify his claim as "the best rapper alive."
