This quote is dedicated to women and young ladies I hear saying they want to fall in love, but still want to have their independent woman steez. What I find is that most females always talk about what they want from a guy, but fail to realize what it takes to be in a relationship and develop a real love. Most females have a take-take type of attitude, which is unfortunate, because it usually leads to their unsuccessful relationships and their continued lack of accomplishment in the dating department. You have to be willing to give, sometimes more than you take. This goes for guys too, but I am male and I only have experience with selfish females. Bottomline: to develop true love you have to compromise and until one is able to compromise, there will not be much success in the love department.
