OBAMA '08

Congratulations to Barack Obama on making history and making it halfway through his journey to the White House.

For me, the first part of Obama's journey has taught me a great amount about integrity, character and perserverance. All the hardships Obama has battled, he has still stood on what he believes in, he has not changed who he is as a person and has remained completely confident in his ability to stand for something powerful that can change the world.

He has given this country a true sense of hope and has given this country something to believe in. Obama is what this country needs. A leader with substance, character and a will to never back down to adversity. Along with a strong leadership quality, Obama has brought a change of thinking that is not solely focused on the war, politics and the economy, but is focused on the greater good of all people and the hope people need to believe that things can change.

Obama has truly defied the odds and is almost to his final destination. The journey only gets harder from here. The true test begins for us all. For Obama, for his supporters, for his doubters, for this country. I wonder, Is this country really ready change? Our we really hopefully for a better America and a better world?

As Obama, embarks on the rest of his journey, only time will tell if we are truly ready. It will be a long hard road, but I think this country is ready for change. I think this country is realizing that things can change and are beginning to believe in it. There will be doubters and haters, but the beautiful thing about change and hope is that it cannot be denied and eventually this country will be forced to embrace it.

OBAMA '08 ... LET'S GO!!!!
